ECI Group recognized as finalist in National Apartment Association Top Employer Awards

ECI Group, a vertically integrated multifamily leader, has been recognized by the National Apartment Association (NAA) as a finalist in the 2023 Top Employers awards, announced earlier this week. This recognition underscores ECI’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment for all of its employees, both at the corporate level and at the company’s 20+ apartment communities throughout the Southeast and Texas.

“Our team at ECI Group is humbled by the recognition as a finalist of NAA’s Top Employers Awards,” stated Seth Greenberg, CEO of ECI Group. “This milestone exemplifies our steadfast dedication to cultivating an empowering work environment in all facets of our business. We take immense pride in the unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions of our team.”

The National Apartment Association’s Top Employers Awards acknowledge companies in the multifamily housing industry that are creating environments focusing on collaboration, innovation, and hard work. Enjoyable working environments foster motivation among employees, fueling their enthusiasm for learning and personal development. ECI Group’s inclusion as a finalist reflects its ongoing efforts to prioritize employee satisfaction, growth opportunities, and professional development.

Vice President of Asset Operations and Customer Experience Tim Johnson touted the results of the employee survey, a component of ECI’s nomination: “We are proud to share that ECI surpassed the average in an impressive eight out of eleven categories and even tied the benchmark in another. In the few categories where we fell short of the benchmark, the difference was minimal, with just a few tenths of a point. These remarkable achievements further validate our ongoing efforts to prioritize employee engagement and ensure that our team members feel valued and supported.”

ECI Group extends its congratulations to all fellow finalists from both the management company and supplier divisions.
