Having tenured associates allows ECI the opportunity to offer a mentoring program that can be extremely effective in one‐on‐one training for specific areas. We believe in the significance of education and training to the level that we were one of the first companies to support an ongoing partnership with top tier colleges and universities to promote careers in apartment management. Many of our associates serve as subject matter experts in these classes and offer students the opportunity to get hands‐on experience through case studies, short term projects and internships.
