The Cliftwood Apartments Coming Soon! Downtown Sandy Springs Luxury Mid-rise Apartment Project to be Developed by ECI Group and Arris Realty Partners, LLC

Sandy Springs, GA June, 2014- Demolition of an early 1970's office campus is underway to make room for The Cliftwood, a luxury apartment development in downtown Sandy Springs.  The 248-unit project consists of two 5-story mid-rise buildings on either side of a pre-cast parking deck and will be available for occupancy in the spring of 2015.  The project is a joint venture between ECI Group and Arris Realty Partners, LLC.

The Cliftwood will be the premier apartment residence in downtown Sandy Springs.  The luxury apartment homes will be accessible for both Cliftwood Drive and Allen Road at the southern edge of the Sandy Springs downtown district where sidewalks connect it to adjacent neighborhoods, parks, restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment venues.  Situated just north of I-285 and one block west of Roswell Road, the residential community is ideally located for quick access to I-285, GA Hwy 400, and metro Atlanta's key commercial areas including Central Perimeter, Galleria, Hospital, and Buckhead.

The Cliftwood will offer a variety of spacious studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans ranging from 685 to 1,516 square feet.  The units will feature granite counter tops, European style cabinets, designer lighting, hardwood style floors, and other finishes consistent with the highest quality apartment communities throughout Atlanta.  The luxury community will also incorporate first class amenity areas including a striking entrance lobby, a club room with a full kitchen and media center, a cyber cafe`, and a cutting edge fitness center.  The center courtyard and exterior serenity garden are complete with a summer kitchen, salt water pool and entertainment deck, trellised outdoor living rooms with lounge areas and fireplaces, grilling stations, and manicured open green spaces.
