ECI Group combines cutting-edge technology with solid, proven controls and standards. Supporting the technology, controls and standards are our people, the nucleus of our business. Each of our unique abilities, progressive ideas, experiences, and our ability to integrate them together, make ECI Group stand above others in the real estate industry.

Henry Hirsch, Founder

In 1969, Henry Hirsch fulfilled his lifelong dream of forming a general contracting business specializing in multi-family housing. ECI began with just a few employees and today is recognized as one of the nation’s premiere real estate firms specializing in the development and management of multi-family properties. Henry’s instinctive character and entrepreneurial spirit served as the catalyst for much of ECI’s expansion. His innate ability to assess a market and execute a development strategy that resulted in maximum profits is precisely what fueled the growth of ECI’s portfolio. As a result, the opportunity came to expand ECI’s services, and offer experience and expertise to third party clients. In addition, Henry made certain to give back to the industry that afforded him great success; he served as President of the Atlanta Apartment Association and served on other industry related advisory boards including the National Apartment Association. This gratitude and appreciation has not ended. Henry’s family founded The Hirsch Family Initiative at his alma mater, Georgia Institute of Technology. Through this initiative students in the Department of Building Construction at Georgia Tech can get first hand experience of multi-family construction and management through coursework and practical application. Henry has left a legacy that will propel ECI for generations to come, and will be looked upon as one of the greatest entrepreneurs of his time.
