ECI Capital, Inc. creates the synergy within the companies that form ECI Group by relying upon and coordinating the operational activities between Engineered Concepts, Inc., ECI Management Corporation, and ECI Realty, Inc.

In the simplest terms, ECI Capital, Inc. is the development arm of ECI Group. Through ECI Capital, Inc., raw land and existing communities are identified, analyzed, acquired developed, and asset managed. Development activities include: the acquisition of undeveloped land,; arranging for the necessary regulatory approval; coordinating the production of plans and specifications for the construction and/or renovation of the property; and ultimately arranging for permanent financing. Upon permanent financing, ECI Capital, Inc.'s asset management role arises as the company monitors the property's performance and ultimately proposes to ownership, when appropriate, the refinancing or disposition of an asset.
